(Galesburg, IL) – A Galesburg man will be serving a four year prison sentence after being convicted of meth manufacturing for a second time in three years in Knox County Circuit Court. 39-year old James Davis, Sr., was convicted for possession of meth manufacturing materials, which is a Class 3 felony. Authorities dropped several charges, including possession of methamphetamine, resisting a peace officer and two counts of possession of drug paraphernial. Davis was convicted previously in 2009 on a possession of methamphetamine charge. |
