(Knoxville, IL)  –  The Knoxville City Council approved the extension of liquor sale hours.  The new hours will allow the sale of liquor at 6 a.m. on weekdays after council recently approved the sale of liquor on Sundays beginning at 6 recently.  Previously, businesses that sold liquor had to wait until 8 a.m. during the week.
