(Peoria, IL)  –  Three people arrested recently in Galesburg on heroin charges were in U.S. Federal Court in Peoria on Tuesday.  The three, 62-year old Donny Soul of Inglewood, California; 61-year old David L. Stovall of Rock Island; and 47-year old Leuvoria Stovall of Davenport, Iowa; were all arrested after Soul got off the train in Galesburg.  The Stovall's were arrested after they were their to pick Soul up from the Amtrak Train Station.  All three have been charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver.  If convicted, they each face up to 40 years of prison time
