(Galesburg, IL)  –  The second Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk was held this past weekend in Galesburg.  It took place Saturday.  Last year, the walk raised $15,000 and officials expect that number to be surpassed this year as 28 teams had raised $13,500 before the walk started.  Those wishing to make a donation have until December 31st to do so.  The organizer of the Galesburg Out of the Darkness Suicide was Tina Benedict.
