Galesburg, IL) – More progress has been made in regard to the new library building project with the Galesburg Public Library by its Board of Trustees. The board met last Thursday night. In addition to making progress with the building project, the trustees also approved a 2013 budget at its meeting. Some of the progress that was made, was the board approving the hiring process for a construction manager. They also approved a naming rights policy for the new facility. The board also gave the go ahead to authorize a payment of $10,000 that will go to the two architect finalist who are not awarded the new library construction project. |
