(Galesburg, IL)  –  Residents in Galesburg will be voting on a referendum for Energy Aggregation today , November 6th.  Galesburg officials have placed a referendum on the ballot that will ask citizens whether the City of Galesburg should have the authority to solicit bids for electricity supply and related services for all participating residents and small businesses.
