(Galesburg, IL) – An Abingdon woman, who is one of three people arrested earlier this year on Methamphetamine charges was in Knox County Circuit Court late last week to be sentenced. 20-year old Amanda Yoho was given a sentence of four years of drug court probation. She pleaded guilty to participation of meth production. Yoho was arrested in May along with Brian Horkstrom after a traffic stop. Several charges against Yoho were dropped as a result of a plea bargain. Those charges included aggravated participation in meth manufacturing, possession of meth manufacturing chemicals, unlawful procurement of a meth precursor, unlawful possesion of anhydrous ammounia and possession of a controlled substance. |
