(Galesburg, IL)  --  One person was injured after an accident that occured earlier this week on Seminary just past the railroad tracks at Peck Street.  Police say they responded at just before 12:30 on Tuesday afternoon.  75-year old Robert Howard of East Galesburg suffered injuries to his hand and arm.  Howard had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Galesburg Fire Department.  The truck Howard was driving had flipped, pinning him underneath it.  Police say that it appears that Howard apparently drifted of off the road and struck an Ameren utility pole.  That caused the truck to flip.  Howard was taken to Cottage Hospital in Galesburg to be treated for injuries suffered in the accident.
