On December 5th, around 10:30 p.m., Galesburg police responded to a call of a garage burglary in progress in the 1000 block of North Cherry Street. Upon arrival officers were advised by the victim that a male suspect had been observed in his garage and that the suspect had left walking from the scene. Responding officers began a search of the area and located the suspect, Tyson L. Twitchell, in the 900 block of North Prairie Street where he was arrested. Further investigation led to the arrest of a second suspect, Nino A. Pagan, who was located in a vehicle in the same area at that time. Each suspect was charged with burglary. There bond has been set at $100,000. The duo were arrested last Wednesday night. Both Twitchel and Pagan have been assigned public defenders. The two are both scheduled to be back in Knox County Circuit Court this morning.
