(Galesburg, IL)  -  One of two teens who have been linked to a recent rash of car burglaries in Galesburg has been placed in home confinement.  17-year old Tyson L. Twitchel of Cameron had his bond reduced as well from $100,000 to $20,000.  Cameron along with 19-year old Nino A. Pagan were arrested last week.  Twitchel is charged with two counts of burglary.  Pagan's bond remains at $100,000.  He also remains in the Knox County Jail in Galesburg.  Both Twitchel and Pagan are due back in Knox County Circuit Court on December 19th.
