(Galesburg, IL)  --  The City of Galesburg and the Galesburg Regional Economic Development Association or GREDA have reached a new agreement.  The agreement sets specific targets and it is designed to create a partnership that will help job expansion and with retention. The agreement was signed last Thursday at GREDA's annual dinner and meeting by Mark Blackburg, GREDA's Chairman and by Galesburg Mayor Sal Garza.  The agreement that was reached between the two sides is for three years.
