(Galesburg, IL)  --  The Knox County Housing Autority Board of Commissioners learned during Wednesday's meeting that grants that are available through HUD are decreasing each year.  The Executive Director of KCHA told the board that this year they would be lucky if they get between $700,000 and $800,000.  She added that the do seek other grant funds from other sources throughout the year.
