(Knoxville, IL)  --  The Knoxville City Council will hold their regular city council meeting tonight in Knoxville.  Alderman will discuss bids for a Sanitation Truck.  They will also discuss parking along Pleasant Avenue.  In new business, Aladerman will have the first reading of a $1 Water Rate increse.  The regular council meeting will get started at 7.  Prior to the regular city council meeting, the Knoxville City Council will hold a TIF Committee Meeting and Organization Meeting.  The meetings will begin at 6 p.m.  All of the meetings will take place at the Knoxville Police Station, located at 215 North Hebard Street in Knoxville.
