Law enforcement officals from the Illinois State Police West Central Illinois Task Force - Macomb, along with officers from the Monmouth Police Dept. arrested Miriah J. Davis, 30, after they exectuted a search warrant at 702 West Broadway in Monmouth Friday morning. Davis was charged with Unlawful Possession of Cannabis w/ Intent to  Deliver, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after 71. 5 grams of cannabis packaged in individual plastic bags for delivery and hydrocodone tablets were discovered. Davis was held at the Warren County Jail.
