The Titans outscored the Patriots 22-13 in the second quarter to open up a 36-22 lead at halftime. Monmouth-Roseville dominated the middle two quarters, 42-23.
Joe Colclasure led the Titans with 17 points. Martel Hunter added 13 and Dillon Frieden scored 10.
