Local FSA Director Mark Phillipson said the producers need to make a decision regarding enrollment in the ACRE program after recent legislation extended the program through Sept. 30, 2013. Phillipson explains:

Phillipson said the deadline is June 3. Producers in ACRE have their direct payments reduced by 20% and loan rate reduced by 30%.
