Billikens Surge In Second Half To Beat St. Joseph's
(St. Louis, MO) -- Leading by two points at halftime, the Billikens surged past Saint Joe's to a 70-53 win. Saint Louis put away 41 points in the second half, racking up their 11th conference win of the season. Billikens forward Dwayne Evans ended the night with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Rob Loe finished with 11 points for St. Louis while Mike McCall, Jr. had 10 for the Billikens.
Gamecocks Await Tigers
(Columbia, SC) -- Mizzou Basketball makes its first trip of the year to Columbia, South Carolina tonight to face the Gamecocks. The Tigers are 1-and-0 in the series this season earning a 71-65 victory back in January. Missouri rallied from 13 points down in the second half to get the win over USC. Mizzou is undefeated at home this season. The Tigers are 19-and-8 overall and 8-and-6 in the SEC, while the Gamecocks are 13-and-14 on the season and 3-and-11 in conference.
