The North Seminary Street development now dubbed as Gale Village has gotten the final go ahead.  Mayor Sal Garza says the council this week approved the final plat for the first phase of the two pase project...



Ground could be broken in late April or early May. Any future development in the second phase which is about 19 acres would need to take place within three years from the time the rezoing was approved. Anything could go into the proposed site across from Wal-Mart and Menards like a conveince store, a gas station, additional retail or professional buildings.
