The Knoxville High School boys golf team downed Mid-County at Laurel Greens Golf Club. The Blue Bullets carded a score of 169 while the Cougars had a team total of 184. Thomas Schwieter led the Blue Bullets with a 4-over par 40. Andrew VanAntwerp carded a 41, Adam Benedict shot a 43 and Lucas Brandenburg carded a 45. Caleb Rux led Mid-County with a 41. Also scoring for the Cougars were Matt Hagerty (43), James Hopping (50), Noah Bledsoe (50).

Tyler Doubet carded a 4-over par 39 at Hidden Lake Country Club Monday and led the Williamsfield High School boys golf team to a victory over Bureau Valley. Also scoring for the Bombers were Austin Gladfelter with a 41, Trevor Stegall (42) and Logan Lafollette (44).

 

 

For the Girls, The Mid-County girls golf team came up five strokes short of a victory over Mercer County at Hawthorn Ridge Golf Club Monday. Lena Karjala led the Cougars (229) with a 52. Also scoring for Mid-County were Emily Hennenfent (53), Lauren Sperry (62) and Montana Carlson (62). Mercer County shot 225.
